We need your assistance for service engineer for prima dharma vessel.
Please see below for the issue and the maker attached : 
 
problem :
 
our refrigerant compressor can’t be started due to e-motor fault alarm. This e-motor fault is caused by the current stays high when started and not immediate reduce, transition from star to delta was not able to do. we had check the profibus which control the transition from star to delta the condition looks like deteriorated.
 
could you advise how to resolve this and availibility of your engineer immediately
